We welcome MJ to the TUF Club family. And as you’ll see, MJ is all about the combat sports.

Studying Martial Arts from the age of 19, MJ has also over half a decade of Muay Thai experience, over 3 years of MMA experience – with the last two years focused on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and a massive 13 years training in boxing.

However MJ also has plenty of experience in other sports, including tennis and swimming – competing at the state level for the latter.

As a result, like many of TUF Club’s trainers, MJ has a holistic approach to fitness and training – knowing that over-specialisation in one form of training usually deliver poorer results than a balanced approach.

Oh, and MJ also has over a decade’s experience as chef – they know how important diet and nutrition can be to your fitness journey.
